We offer FASTest for HIV all over the country. Use the map on the right to find the centre closest to you, and the form below to make a booking - anonymously if you feel the need to.
All information we receive from you is completely confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your express consent.

New Testing Clinics Now Open!
Due to an increased demand for NZAF testing services we've opened two new morning clinics in Auckland for HIV, syphilis and hep C FASTests:
St George St, Papatoetoe - Thursday 9am-1pm
Use the same form below and when our staff call to set your appointment, just specify which clinic you would prefer to go to. The Burnett Centre in College Hill, Auckland will operate as usual.
